This game does have a cheat system if you didn't know that

Pretty sure they know. BattleEye has been used with this game from the very start it was just disabled for a while because it was causing issues.

Yes it does I still find F5 useful from time to time easy than giving myself the materials in the admin console.

You need to run the game via the Steam client and choose to run the game without Battleye AntiCheat. The other options need to be enabled in the game itself.
