Just an FYI for anyone looking at this trainer, the 1.0 version does not work on the game at the time of this post. (I always look for comments explaining, even if there is an update request)
There are 2 update requests pending, so just be patient.
There was a patch for this game today, that probably broke the trainer.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I was merely telling users that came to the comment section to see if there was a workaround that there wasn't one. (I was one of the 2 update reports before I posted)
the game cannot be found when in main menu and press F1
Read the instructions maybe?
Let me quote them for you.
"STEAM MUST BE IN OFFLINE MODE
SINGLE PLAYER ONLY
ACTIVATE TRAINER ONCE IN GAME, NOT AT MAIN MENU"

Getting an error any time I try to attach the trainer to the game.
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. (screenshot attached)
Have all of the following installed.
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link
(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)
Reboot PC when done.
Redo and repair them if you already have all of these.
