Please note that we have recently encountered some security products that instead of scanning your trainers, they are actually executing them and/or sending them into the cloud which is then executing them. This is the equivalent of you running your trainers over and over and possibly from multiple IPs. This sets off a red flag in our authentication system and could automatically deactivate your account. We've seen some accounts have their personalized trainers authenticated 3000+ times per day. This is exactly the same type of thing we see when someone shares their trainers or uploads them to other sites, which is against our Terms of Service. Our server cannot discern one from the other.
Once such software that we know of is "Zemana Antimalware". There may be others.
If your account is deactivated this could be the reason. You can open a support ticket here: Link and we will then look more closely at the activity on the account.

Not that we have seen. Seems to be limited to a small handful of products.
