Metro 2033 Redux Message Board  

not sure which chapter I'm on exactly, but the video guide on YouTube says Metro 2033 Redux Walk-through part 5 where you're trying to get Bourbon to some station cause the one you came from was locked down, I'm stuck at the part where you finally meet up with Bourbon again, I get the message from him just fine then he freezes up and won't follow, I've tried closing the trainer while the games running and loading the game without the trainer, I'm afraid it might've saved with a frozen Bourbon and I'm going to have to restart the whole damn game, please help.

It's not a trainer related bug, so feel freee to cheat away. Unfortunately the only way to progress is to start the chapter over again, not just load a save. The bug happens sometimes when you get too far ahead of the NPC your supposed to be following and it breaks the scripting. Had this happen just last night to me with good old bourbon. Some digging reveals it can happen with anyone you follow, including Kahn and Miller, so just bring up the rear and you'll be A-OK.
