Ok so I made a big time cheat mod that works with 2.0.0 and 2.0.2 also with Wake of the heralds. Took me forever! Make sure you choose Terran Empire and Keep the hyperdrive as the FTL as its been modded. Tons of things:

Note: Only choose Terran Supremacy as the "Foundation" when starting a game. You can use that foundation for other races as well and gain all the bonuses.
-Includes the other foundation bonuses:Moonbase, Ancient Workshop, Space Program so DO NOT choose them or add them!

Terran supremacy foundation includes:
-+50 points for choosing other traits during customize race
-Infinite money,influence,energy,Flt,etc.
-Starting Homeworld is a Ringworld with a MASSIVE moon so a ton of planet space to build on.
-1k Billion population on homeworld
-1Million pressure limit on ALL worlds
-100 artifacts spawn in starting system
-10 asteroids spawn in home system with a Million Ore each
-Superfast population growth
-Instant Research
-Home planet starts with most resources
-500x Special Card that gives your planets ALL resources when used
-Very Fast colonizer ship speed
-Fast thrust for other ships
-VERY fast Hyperdrive Speed with NO cooldown and instant hyperdrive activation so I would choose Hyperdrive as your FTL :P
-The other subsystem FLTs are unlocked so you can always just create a design and choose one of those but they are not modded
-Several permanent abilities (in the upper left corner of screen):Create Star, Creat Planet, Create Orbital

Edit: Oh my bad, it seems that my IDM was messing with the download, used Opera with VPN, I can download now .. :P
