To lower the thrumbo's food all it takes is activating the option for perfect needs look at the needs of the thrumbo first as I was running for awhile with the option disabled as soon as you activate it it will drop to about 1/3 bar which causes them to eat you out of house and home.

Perfect needs food is still way to low for a thrumbo and elephants only two large animals I have tamed if you turn it on it makes them hungry and they eat you out of house and home.

Im trying to enter the trainer but it wants me to select another app to open it up. What do I do? I downloaded a new trainer to see if it was on my end but the other trainer just opened up to its screen automatically.

Please verify that you have created the scan exclusions in your security software as suggested in the trainer's instructions.

Yeah, I've got the same issue. Disable security/firewall/add exceptions, run as administrator, etc... It starts to load what I guess is the cheathappens 'shell': I get a loading message indicating that this trainer has been customized for my username, but after that's done, it asks me what type of application I want to use to open a .tmp file.

I tried using cosmos as the opening application, but that just opened cosmos without loading the tmp. I've also tried re-selecting the trainer individually and the trainer manager to open the .tmp file, but that just starts up an infinite loop of asking what application I want to use to open the .tmp file.

Additional information: I deleted the trainer and generated a new one (thought maybe it was a failed update, because I had an older version installed and used the trainer manage to update), but the behaviour still occurs in Windows 10.

I was having the same issue as TSquare and others, and found that Windows Defender picked up on the trainer. Adding an exclusion as directed by the readme and then running the trainer as Administrator fixed my issue.

I am having a similar issue, but it is not the .tmp thing (I have had that before, can't remember how to fix it)

Only on Rimworld trainer, I get a notice from my computer any time I try to run this one trainer that:

"Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software."

This message says Notepad and all it does is open a blank untitled notepad.

This is a new one to me. I have tried adding exceptions and such, but it keeps giving me the same message.

If I try to download a new copy after deleting the old one, it gives me the initial Defender warning about harmful programes, I tell it to run the program anyway (as I do with every trainer now) and OTHER trainers just work. Rimworld... see above?

Please help? What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: nevermind, I just added the entire folder for Cheat Happens into my exceptions and now it worked. Thanks Windows Defender for being a great big annoyance!

Why use Windows Defender anyway? Disable it and get on with your life, use a regular old AV like Eset and that's it.

Trainer related question. Does Fast Mining apply to cutting trees too?
