Hey guys,

I know that many of you have spent credits towards games that are now at 100%. Please understand that in addition to these games, there are tons of previous games patching in order to add a Santa Hat on the main character, then patching again because they broke the game when they added the Santa Hat, then again after Christmas to remove the Santa Hat and at least once more to fix what they broke when they removed the Santa Hat.

Anyways, to sum it up, our programmers are overwhelmed right now with updates and new titles so please be patient and do not expect a trainer for a recently filled request to be made the next day. We will get to everything in the queue in a certain priority. Also realize that this is the holiday in which our team would enjoy spending a little extra time with our families.
