The option Super Jump/Fly Mode doesn't work properly.
The planet has its gravity and the Fly Mode would work if the planet is flat like a pane. But the planet is round and if I activate the Fly Mode, I get forcefully sent to where it would work, meaning my character starts to move on the ground to a specific direction instead of flying or jumping high. I can't run against it because it's like a strong hurricane. Once I managed to get to the proper area of a planet and use the Fly Mode, but then I got stuck in the end of space. This (taken all together) leads to a very bad experience.
So it only works, but only restricted, if I am at this area where the Fly Mode has been created. I started from new, got a random area as starting place and attached that savegame which is 'important' to figure out what's going wrong.
The goal of a properly working Super Jump/Fly Mode: Make the super jump/flying work on "every area" of a planet. The planet is a ball and the gravity is an invisible ball in ASTRONEER. That's the challenge.
Thank you in advance for taking care of this.
(To figure out how the gravity works, I built a steep ramp to space and after every meter at same degree, I reached a new point of gravity (x-axis) and so it gets more and more steep until I must change the degree to make it less steep to keep it passable.
The option has also been reported by Chikushodo on page 16: 2. Fly mode causes player to drift in one direction)

Thank you for updating the trainer!
The issue with the Fly Mode keeps appearing the same way as described above. I get forced to move on the ground to the area where the Fly Mode works flawlessly. Once I've been forced to this area, I start flying but I can't leave this area in Fly Mode, so I can't fly or make big jumps around the whole planet. Flying around the whole planet = Fly Mode being fixed
I would really like to have either a fully working Fly Mode or Infinite Soil (as described on page 17). For a soil canister, there is no save game needed because it can be easily crafted with the backpack.
Then there would be no more to say and I can rate the trainer with 5 stars.

Hello, I am getting this error when using the Easy Crafting option sometimes "Script error in line 1: Cannot find aob for originalcode_8826" and also the unlimited bytes option seems to not be working also sometimes. Workes fine on one save but crafting doesn't work, on another it's the opposite haha.
Thanks.

To the post above
1. Deactivating EASY CRAFTING may result in an error message "Failed to deallocate memory. VirtualFreeEx has returned NULL".
2. Unlimited bytes never worked in my case. I had to use A DIFFERENT ASTRONEER TRAINER for bytes. I'm glad it worked for you at least 1 time.
The trainer is lacking quality (3 not always flawless working options), but I'm very happy with the Easy Resource Gathering option.

Unlimited bytes option ALWAYS worked for me. Previously you had to spent bytes while the cheat was active before you get unlimited bytes. In latest update you should get unlimited bytes immediately when activating the option. You may want to test it on a new savegame.
The flight cheat works the way it works. It looks like any of the recent patches broke it that it makes you fly in one direction only. I'm not sure if this can be fixed, likely the entire option has to be removed instead.
Regarding soil send me a savegame with soil available, instruction what it is, how it can be used and where I can see it's decreasing.

1. I tried Unlimited Bytes with a new savegame and I researched with the option being active at 290 bytes. I had the same bytes as before but visually I had over a million bytes. The game ignored the big number (unlimited). After restarting the game, the number was reset to 40 bytes (290 - 250 = 40).
2. I know I wrote too much about the Fly Mode. In short, it works very good at one area, and if you are not in that area, the "direction" gets you to the area. I made the Fly Mode very useful for myself by building my base and so on at this area where Fly Mode works flawlessly. Please don't remove it.
3. Savegame attached. I wanted to not insert one because it can be reproduced within 45 seconds.
What is soil: It's the terrain as liquid form. An equipped canister stores soil by digging with the Terrain Tool. Soil is always white unless a modification is used. Soil can be used to make terrain. The terrain of white soil is always gray.
Canister (on backpack/Terrain Tool) = liquid storage
How soil can be used: Raise new terrain by holding ALT and holding (+ moving) the left mouse button. (Flattening terrain with holding CTRL instead of ALT, but flattening doesn't cost soil sometimes for a reason.)
How to see that soil is decreasing:
- By noticing that a full canister goes partially filled (canister point: green to orange) - By noticing that a partially filled canister goes empty (canister point: orange to black)
In the savegame, the terrain tool has a canister equipped being partially filled with soil.
Canister with black point: empty 0 % Canister with orange point: partially filled ... between 0 % and 100 % Canister with green point: full 100 %
To fill the canister entirely, dig terrain with the Terrain Tool until the canister has the green point and makes a gulp noise. To get the canister back at the orange point, raise new terrain (takes less than 1 second). To make the canister empty, raise new terrain until no new terrain can be raised and you see a red X.
You will notice it takes time to get a single canister full, and making it empty doesn't create so much terrain. That's why it's a big help to have a cheat option which transforms a partially filled canister to a full canister.
I hope everything's clear now. If not, feel free to ask me questions.

Today I was several hours in the caves and used Fly Mode to find the self-made exit with the direction I got sent to. I underestimated Fly Mode and see it more helpful than a classic Fly Mode would be. 5 stars for the trainer
