thats one option i cant get to work either

ditto, the 'can be colonized' toggle in editor doesnt seem to do anything, i tried savign and loading after editing too, incase it needed refreshing, but nadda.

I dont understand the whole system anyway, why is it that even if i start on e.g an ocean world, i cant coloize other ocean planets, the game doesnt seem to like you taking planets.

yes the game is updated to 1.2 and some of the options work but for me some don't..

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
