This is really strange, even though the game and the trainer just got updated a few days ago, option 1 and 2 won't work and just report back with failed. I tried run as admin, disable AV and alt-tab and still the same. But filling in a report for the trainer to be revised seems pointless to me, this has to be an error on my side, which I just can't figure out.

Option 1 and 2 does not work.
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer in is folder excluded from virus scans.
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens
may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin and try again.
If still not working please post debug log.
Also try the trainer in the #2 spot, I see something about a rollback after the update from 6 days ago.
