Is this the message you get when you try running the trainer's *.exe?
Or do you get it when trying to unzip the downloaded archive (*.zip, *.rar)?
Which program (app) is set to default to unzip archives (press win-key+I, choose SYSTEM and then Default-Apps)?
Is an AV or any other security software running in the back? Have you tried to switch it off or have you white-listed the trainer's folder?

That sounds like your anti-virus is blocking it or something else is otherwise interfering.
Wait what?
First you say you get the error message by running the *.exe file and then you say when you unzip the archive folder you don't get a trainer file? *confused here*
After unzipping the downloaded file you should have a new folder with the trainer *.exe in it. Is this the case or is the new folder already empty (-> what Varacka wrote; AV or something else blocking the process).
Your OS was pre-installed, self-installed or updated from a previous OS like Win 7 or 8.1 on your computer? Did you perform any changes to OS services or used a tweaking software to "boost" your PC? Any registry cleaning?
Could you run any trainer in the past on this very installation? - If yes, have you installed any software after which this error occurs?
