I am confused, Why was this trainer retired?
As far as I can find out, I have not found a reason why the trainer was retired other then some people saying the trainer does not work for them.

So I'm a little confused here.

We've seen the complaint,,,, well i have anyway.
Is that the only reason why it's retired ????
People complain about trainers not working all the time,,, If PWizard found that the post the member made was crossing a line,,, then punish that member,,, not the rest of us 😭

It's back on the request list to gauge interest in how many people actually found the trainer useful instead of useless. If it gets enough credits put towards it then we will happily unretired it. But, we prefer to spend time making and updating trainers that people actually appreciate and find useful and not ones deemed useless.

I saw that same complaint and that was why I was confused. and made this topic, because the main one was close.
I had also skim read the rest of the main topic, and found some others mentioning that the trainer was not working and at least one asked what they were doing wrong.

The trainer is working fine. The problems they mentioned were discussed in this and other threads already. if the trainer activation fails and the trainer says a VC++ redistributable is missing it is missing.

A faulty VC++ installation can cause this problem. Maybe also the trainer got blocked by as ecurity tool.

There is nothing I can fix and it affects a few people only. But reporting the title over and over again and complaining about the lack and quality of support has a negative effect for us but doesn't help them in any way.

I can understand it is frustrating if something doesn't work. And I can understand that all they care is that it works and they expect it works because they paid money. But there is also the other view. We have hundreds of trainers to update and produce every month. We have other games, other trainers other members. We are a small team. We do our best, we try so all the time. But we can't say magic words and *puff* make problems disappear.

Every person here has a different computer with different software running. By the nature of how a trainer works issues are very common. Our trainers react in a very gray area which is very close to what dangerous programs do. So we have to fight with problems that normal programs don't have.

And it is not possible for us to solve every problem by the million of different computer systems. We can give tips, ideas... we can guess. We can also say what we found out helped in the past. But we can't do magic. And we really don't appreciate if someone blocks our very limited time by making us to look at it over and over again while we simply cannot help him.

So retiring a trainer (or this trainer) is basically making a cut to say "We tried our best and if the best wasn't enough, we are sorry but we have to move on as we have hundred of other games to train/support".

    I see.
I do understand that, and while I do mostly agree with what you said, it is sad that the trainer was retired for that reason.
If a trainer keeps crashing, which has happened, I check the topic and see if others have the same problem and then I'd see what they said, and I'd reinstall some software that was stated in the error such as Net Framework and 90% of the time that fixed the problem.
And the 10% was by the trainer getting an update.
However like I said, I DO understand what you are saying, and saying that I am glad that it is back in the requests section.
