Forget about objections and protests, guys. Ubisoft won't bother with any of those EVER, they will still release the game without a option to turn off the anti-cheat to go according to their security policy, I'm no longer interested in buying Watch Dogs 2 anymore due to the POS policy.
which is why I just won't buy their games, as I have said if they want to go down this micro trans cheat road then by all means, I just won't purchase their crap no matter how much they discount it. I lived without the first watchdogs, while people screamed and moaned that it didn't play very well at all on PC, have no want or need for this title or any other they make as long as this is their attitude.
Glad I didn't buy the game yet, this is really upsetting though... 😣
I'm sure thats why they waited till release day to post their stance on banning people for enjoying the game in single player mode.

At least Assassin's Creed Syndicate wasn't that bad when it comes to trainer cheating since it's a single player game, but Watch Dogs 2 might be the worst.
Come on, a game with a single player story other than multiplayer but with anti-cheat applied to that too? This game is not similar to The Division and it seems to me that Ubisoft is trying to play catch-up with Treyarch on creating a "clean and fair play" game than trying to one-up them.
Are u able to make a trainer when it will be possible to buy on steam?
Buying the game on Steam is also pointless since you still need a Ubisoft Account to play the game, just attempting to start it with the Steam account only might get you the message that you need to install Uplay or login to a Ubisoft Account to continue.
