hello everyone i just downloaded the trainer and it keeps crashing as soon as i open it1 i says auth

hello everyone i just downloaded the trainer and it keeps crashing as soon as i open it1 i says authenticating.... and it crashes no messages or nothing this is for the euro version can someone help me?

This trainer is not compatible with Windows 8/8.1/10 or IE9+. You will have to PM Caliber to have it updated.
