There's no Trainer only a readme file in the download

Works fine here. Your AV, firewall, other security software, browser addons or extensions are probably blocking/deleting the exe.

There is another npc type called designer would appreciate it if looked into that.
And an editor to change the special skills of the mechanic and designer would be epic.
