I am also getting the issue where the unlimited ammo and elixirs/tonics options aren't working. I am unaware of the location of the save file so I'm unable to attach it at this time but will if someone could let me know where I can find it.
for ammo, the option works if you have a gun or bow, and you have an ammo in the chamber.
Toggle the option on then fire the weapon and you have 9 ammo.
For the elixirs, the game mechanic is strange. You cannot heal or add mana until you have 'lost' enough of it. For instance, if you have a small amount of damage, notice that the background of the meter where you lost health is still light pink. That has to drop some as well before the game allows you to use an elixir. Same for mana.
If this is not the case, then I need
savegame, savegame location (where it goes), which weapon or whatever, and instructions on your problem and how to test.

I would if I could find it.
The Trainer is not working for me. Tells activated, although the options (i use god mode and ammo) but it dont work. Tried run as admin, tabbing between Trainer and Game, and activated options direct in the game.

zip/rar and then attached. if too big then upload to file sharing site and share link. On your end something is probably blocking it like AV, firewall and other security software or not right clicking run as admin on trainer.
