ok it seens to be this trainer only.

if its lifetime+ then it needs to be marked as such.

and its only the 1.1 trainer.

Premium means a membership is required. Trainers that require a lifetime membership are marked as such. However I'm sure PWizard can tell you more about this and why it doesn't seem to work for you. We will have to wait until he comes online.
