Trainer working fine for me. Does anyone know how to add population? I haven't figured out that part of the debug menu. How do I add population for a custom made race?

So I was looking through the debug menu and was curious to know if anyone knows how to activate or enable the Achievement section of the debug menu?
I am using mods in the game and that disables the Achievements.
I would like to be able to give myself those Achievements as I earn them seeing how I am still trying to earn those by still playing the game with only a few "boosts" to my race.
Any help, and not bashing me, would be appreciated.

Just thought I'd mention though, after the latest dlc (Supremacy) came out, a new resource has been added to the game (Keii). The trainer doesn't seem to affect it. Just saying..

Trainer works perfectly fine for me, though I don't have any of the expansions so I cant say for those.

Would be nice to know what exactly isn't working.

And while i'm thinking about it
Whats the Specialization Points option for?
I guess im missing something cuz aside from Skill Points I have no idea what its for lol

I reported the trainer, but there does not appear to be a trainer included in the download. Only a readme text.

Thanks. I had a Chrome Extension "TamperMonkey" that recently was updated. Removing that extension allowed me to download the trainer with the .exe included in teh zip where as before it was just the readme.

Weird part is that I could download previous version just fine including the 1.3.3 release.
