Money is all I care about as a function, I'm highest level but I'm tired of grinding more

There are already more than enough tools to easily grind for money. Just adding money will definitely ruin the Auction House feature.

"If you need to attach the money and XP to something, I would suggest you level up the "head-to-head" races. Those things give you money and XP, but don't complete any maps.

Also instead of just giving CR directly, if you can just give additional wheelspins, that would solve many issues. The wheelspins will give lots of CR "legitimately."

I realize this is probably much further into the game than you probably played, but what most people are doing to get CR and XP is to play a race called "Goliath." It's a race that you get from leveling Byron Bay to level 5. What they are doing is setting the race to 15-30 laps, and then they get about 1M XP per lap. If you can tie the CR and XP gain to a blueprint of this map completion (with 30 laps), then it will "look the same" as what everyone else is doing for grinding.

Please let me know if this makes sense, I can explain more if it's unclear. Also I'm guessing this might be too complicated so if so, ignore.

This is a good suggestion. Also, to answer Cal, I was able to go up 5 levels at once. The trick is to use the Jump cheat to get skill points. Do this when you have a skill song boost on (it's a skill upgrade that you will need to unlock first) I was able to get as high as 50k xp with a 14x multiplier. I can confirm you get each level reward; may it be skill points or wheelspin.
