I decided I was going to try Bioshock 2 again since it got a gog release hoping maybe it wasn't going to crash like the steam release to be disappointed. So I figured maybe I'd give Bioshock 2 another run through steam and took some time to tweak it per the steam suggestions. While I don't know if it's fixed my crashing since I load up and try the trainer only for it to freak out. As soon as I press f1 to activate it I get trainer activated then the voice just repeats activated deactivated. Upon quitting the game to close the cacophony of sounds I have to right click the trainer on my taskbar and select close window. It won't let me close the trainer via the X in the top right corner. I did try redownloading the trainer just in case to no avail.
I've some stuff I need to do but at my first convenience I'll try undoing the tweaks to see if that changes the trainers tune.
I would like to point out that my first pass with the gog release I had no expectations anything would work since it was the steam version. It did however work fine up until the game crashed in the exact same manner that I decided to switch back.
Do you realize this is the page for Bioshock Remastered? The is for the first game's remaster, not Bioshock 2 remastered.
You want this page. There's not listing specific to GOG, just retail and Steam.

Also, it sounds like the trainer was doing that thing some did when numlock was turned off.
Anyone else having trouble getting the trainer to activate? Trainer version and the game version in the main menu match, either I'm doing something wrong or there was a quiet update that broke compatibility.

Working fine for me.
