I am also having this issue.
I have .NET Framework 4.6, VC++ Redistributable 2015 (x86 AND x64). Also I'm on 64-Bit Windows 10. My antivirus and firewall were disabled. I tried reinstalling the trainer as well as restarting the computer. Thanks for your time.

Something is definitely blocking it as I have the exact same specs and it works fine for me. Either AV, firewall and other security software is not completely turned off or uninstalled, you are not right clicking run as admin on the trainer or you do not have full permissions to the windows temp folder where a portion of the trainer runs.

The editor mode of the new trainer is still not working. All attribute points gain from modifying exp are purely cosmetic and cannot be applied. Modifying attribute points directly with editor doesn't work either

Option 5,6,7 and 8 also doesn't work

provide savegame and make sure game didn't patch again.

Have you tried with having at least having 1 point ?

Been the same with the last game, you'll need one attribute point from manually levelling yourself. Easiest way is modify current exp to max then once you level try pressing the hotkeys or editor.

I ended up uninstalling Comodo and fixing it. Sorry for wasting your time. I've not had any issues with your trainers not working with my security until today.
