With the last This War of Mine update, the item codes changed a little bit, so I updated them as best I could. Items with an asterisk (*) are unused in game (and normally unobtainable) and just clutter your inventory. Let me know if you spot a mistake.

Just a curious question. How are you guys finding those codes?
Games aren't the same anymore. Single Player games aren't appreciated. WHY!?

Thanks @GeneralSJ, I just started checking recent items against my old 'fixed list, then found yours which saved me the trial and error.
@Ziken, to find codes, use cheat option 7 and trial and error. Craft a piece of fuel that uses one piece of wood to make. After Alt-Tabbing to get to the trainer pop-up, enter the code you want it to change to (or are testing) and craft it. Then check the 'Our Things' inventory so see if was what you wanted, or something else.

The following is as of March 23rd, 2018.
There may be several missing item IDs, I was unable to find them all through various combinations.
I don't have any DLCs installed, and these codes might not work with DLC content (if anyone can confirm this, that would be fantastic!)
NOTE: Anything with a * marked is an item that is 'useless', you can still sell this to the trader.
