To get it running on windows it just do this!

On Windows 10, went to file explorer -> where ever you installed steam... -> Steam -> SteamApps -> Common -> Caesar -> C4 -> Right Click on RegisterDLL.bat and select 'Run as administrator'

Let the file run and start the game and enjoy!
