After rename the safe file and start the trainer indeed i get trainer activated ,but if run then the game even if i have closed trainer i only get black screen ,anny sugestions what i do wrong or what i need do now?

The trainer and the game are still working fine without any black screen. Maybe you should run an game cache integrity check via the Steam client or uninstall and install the game again.

Another good idea might be to wipe/clean your cache/Windows temp folder, reboot your PC and try again.

As mentioned above, Trainer started successfully, but I also get a black screen. After that I could not start anything.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
