Topped this off to 100% after spending about three hours trying to get CoSMOS to do anything other than just modify the existing (current) health/ammo values.

It would apply them (99999/99 energy, for example) but not freeze, and the moment you save or pick up health or an energy tank, it resets back to 99. I don't remember the address exactly, but I do remember it's a Double type.

Figured I'd pass on my experience so whomever goes after this one knows a little of what they're in for.
