I played the game using the trainer without DX11 on and everything ran fine, however since I couldnt see NPCs(detective mode) without DX11, I was forced to turn it on. Since then the trainer seems to be temperamental. In God Mode its completely random whether or not you will not get injured (Sometimes even 1-hit Killed). In Super strength mode the trainer seems to affect both the enemies and you, meaning if you get hit, your dead. only other ones I use are the teleport features and they work just fine.

Did you upgrade your armor? From what I've found, the trainer runs perfect and I'm on Win10 and using Dx11. Infinite health mode works just fine unless you upgrade your armor. For whatever reason, as long as I don't upgrade anyone's armor of any type, infinite health works perfectly.
