Running Win10 Pro x64 Version 1607 OS Build 14393.82 and all updates.
Looks like c0000005 is some sort of access violation to memory read/write access.
Device Manager doesn't show any faulty device either. hmm..i wonder if it has something to do with overclocking memory with XMP profile. I've tried adding full control rights and compatibility modes and let it through Comodo Internet Security.
Ok i just disabled all overclocking settings and also disabled Comodo and Windows Defender and Windows Firewall, but it still gives the same error. I don't know what causes it (repaired VC's also, but i will try to repair .net framework next). Launch it, it loads and stops, doesn't even open up.
Ok used .net framework cleanup tool and verifier after rebooting and problem still occurs.
Yes i've downloaded and installed both and there are also older and newer versions installed. Looks like i just have to use basic CoSMOS.
