Can somebody confirm that this MMO, MP game, has an OFFLINE MODE ?.

yes.. in fact, put steam into offline mode, unplug your internet, and tell us if you can still play this game

I can confirm Single Player Offline Mode can be Played without internet conection.

Confirmed; I am able to connect to lan server from offline mode on steam and it looks like it works the same so go ahead and make a trainer; can't wait to play on my own.
