I don't know if its the new update but I my CoSMOS is not working,when I start the program the usual: puu.sh/qtPaD/ff2ff6c87b.png shows up, but there is no CoSMOS.

Have you tried completely uninstalling CoSMOS and then reinstalling? Also, have you tried running CoSMOS again after you get the problem? It could be that your settings file is corrupt, maybe cosmos was still open during the upgrade process and all the files didn't get written properly, etc.

We haven't been able to reproduce this bug ourselves and haven't seen any other complaints. If the above doesn't work we'll go through how to manually delete all CoSMOS settings.

I have tried first repair, and that doesn't work, and then I have tried to reinstall and that didn't work, I even tried to reboot then try and still doesn't work

Would you be open to a teamviewer session so that we can try and troubleshoot the issue as it's not happening here? If so, reach out to [email protected] to set it up. thx

Fixed by deleting settings in registry.

I still can't load it, even after running the cleaning tool... It doesn't even load.

It has something to do with that packer/drm you are using for some bizarre reason...

I've installed CoSMOS on a Windows 7 and two different Windows 10 computers and it starts without any issues. Since the packer hasn't changed I don't see why it should be the reason for 1.2.0 not to start on your computer. However on 1.2.0 I've implemented settings merging which could be the reason (at least it seems it was for the other person).

Could we do a teamviewer session?
