Could be some kind of stealth patch. I suggest you guys submit an update request and describe you issue.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I saw that there is one update request for this title, and I have added a second as I am having the same issues with game crashing on activation on Win 11.
However since the last activity in this thread is from May I'm assuming this is a pretty low priority title.
