where is this game buyable?

In the US it is only available as a digital download on either PS4 or Vita. Supposedly available on steam August 30th, which is when God Eater 2 comes out.

this is God Eater Ressurection, not God Eater 2..

It is Resurrection in a way. Resurrection will be released as a free dlc for those who purchase God eater 2 rage burst.

God Eater Resurrection is a PC remaster of God Eater Rage Burst that originally came out for PSP some time ago.

God Eater Rage Burst 2 is the sequel coming for PC as well.

Both will be released on August 30th (tomorrow).

Right now, Resurrection is not available to buy separately, as it is included in the Steam buy for God Eater Rage Burst 2.

I pre-ordered last month and only found out they are including the first game totally free recently, which needless to say I am jazzed about.

What in all likelihood will happen either tomorrow or soon is God Eater Resurrection will be made available separately for a cheaper price. I don't know how though, since God Eater Rage Burst 2 is still going to be 45-50$ for a while and even if God Eater Resurrection is priced at 20-30$ it's still a bully of a deal to get both right now.

So to answer Cal, you can't buy it right now, or even tomorrow as it is a whole game included with the new game, similar to DLC but not at all DLC. To buy Resurrection you have to also buy God Eater Rage Burst 2, You should do that, yo, should be solid games :P
