the game has built-in cheats.. a lot of them.. what exactly do people want the trainer to do?

Same as usual, infinite health. it doesn't let you use cheats in challange mode, same for number 2. Challange mode has some stuff you can't get normally, and some of the levels in challenge can be damn hard. At lease Inf Health and buddy health.

I really hate to be that guy (I know how busy and overworked you are), but is there a chance to get a trainer for this or should I just go ahead and play without one?
