Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode

- HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
- Oculus Rift
The oculus rift does not have a desktop mode as of now. You have to use the keyboard or controller hotkeys instead.

Just paid for this trainer and all I get when I try to active it is "Error" and the log says "couldn't find game code! (Fly Mode).
There might be some issues to get sorted out:
The trainer is written for the original game version on Steam. The game devs update log says that the game received a season 3 update fix on March 31, 2017.
Please verify that your PC meets the trainer requirements regarding .NET version (4.6 and above) and both VC++ 2015 libraries (x86 + x64). You'll find links to download in the readme file provided with the trainer in the 'Troubleshooting' section.
How a trainer needs to be run (rule of thumb: Run it with admin rights) and when to be activated is also described in the readme file.

tl;dr
I think the trainer needs to be updated. Please use the update notification system to report a game update and that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. - It takes at least 3 reports until a trainer is reviewed.
