Tropico 2: Pirate Cove Message Board  

This is a old trick I remember from this game. If you want your captains to live closer to their ships you can move pirates homes around by tagging a prates home tile for demolition then canceling the demolition. This will reset the housing tile as a fresh home build and hopefully your homeless captain or other pirate of choice will move into the new space. Can save time getting everyone on board the ships.
