While active you can spent unlimited points however you need to spend all of them in order to proceed that is why this option freezes them to
3 only.

Unlimited Talk Time:
While active you have unlimited time for conversation.

Yeah. Pretty sure it should be updated a little. Doesn't recognize the game, though the trainer is from 2016 so that's not unexpected. Probably needs a tweak.
