Hello,
Following the advice received in my inbox this is the issue:-
City Population on the default F3 key does not appear to be working for myself.
I have attached a save game file.
I have all the free DLC's and Realm of the Wood Elves, I do not have Call of the Beastmen or any of the pay to play character add-ons.
The saved game is turn 2 in the empire, however I have tried this with bretonnians, dwarves and wood elves and the result is the same.
I have followed the instructions of, press F3 and then select a city. when the voice over states deactivated the city population remains the same. I have also tried this with selecting a city and then pressing F3 with the city display at the bottom, keeping it open and having the voice over deactivated and also closing it before the voice over.
Was just running this last night and it was working, try this.
After you have activated the trainer click on the city you wish to boost, with the mouse pointer over the city activate the cheat, once you hear activated deselect the city, click on the ground or something. after it deactivates click on the city again.
The easiest way to tell if it is working is to use it on round one before you do anything else, you will see the smithing hammer on the city indicating that you can build, when you activate the cheat it will go away, after that deselect the city, when it deactivates and you click back on the city the hammer will return.
Thanks I'll give it a try.
I have a feeling it could possibly be down to my lack of DLC's, but i'll try this first.
As far as I am aware as long as your game is up to date we have the same version even though I have all the DLCs, you just can't access those features but it should be exactly the same build as long as your game is up to date. Hope it works!

Nope nothing I do seems to affect it. For some reason this is the only feature for me that won't work.
On another note, the Force more Amber option makes Chivalry for Brettonians go to 1000, which is nice.
have you disable all AV and firewalls? Anything that could be preventing the trainer from working as intended? I know every once in a while I run into a option or two that has trouble and this is almost always the culprit, even if the trainer loads some times AV, Windows Defender, firewalls, can prevent them from working as intended.
Any mods installed?
