What happened to the One Hit Kill cheat that was on the Trainers from 20102011? They suddenly remove

Re-add One Hit Kill cheat, please! :D

What happened to the One Hit Kill cheat that was on the Trainers from 2010-2011? They suddenly removed it for the later trainers and I found that cheat the funnest out of them all, IMO. Would someone mind updating it to re-add it?

Can a mod or whoever update the trainer and re-institute / update this extra cheat from the 2010 version?
