so I downloaded it and unpacked it went to the file tried to open it and windows said that it did not have a known publisher I have tried running as admin and nothing still

It sound to me that your antivirus or other security systems blocked the executable.

www.cheathappens.com/trainer_troubleshooting.asp would be my best advice.
