i was confused on what selection i needed to pick (brain fart)

Reported update requests don't show in your MY REQUESTS section. Only trainers which you currently helped funding appear there.

And it takes 3 reports from different memebers until a trainer gets reviewed/updated.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.
