The decoder is in the translation of the journal that you find after you are in the tower and do the wall puzzle then you give it to the lady and she translates it. write it down, and if you havent looked thru the peep hole with the mmadallions do that and write EVERYTHING down then ask the lady what it means
I've finished nancy drew games MANY times so ask me if you need help on anything!!
