There are plenty of console commands you can do as the owner of your offline session, and in co-op. I don't think a trainer would be necessary.
You can spawn in items with the easiest of console commands; You can or will shortly be able to make dedicated servers with flags leveling characters up lightning quick and gaining many more skillpoints than normal.
There is at least one official forum post documenting several commands, though it may not contain everything you're looking for.
While I can appreciate your opinion about the trainer, I respectfully disagree.
I absolutely hope there's a trainer and/or editor from CH regardless of how many console commands are available. I understand and freely use console commands when they're available but I still use whatever CH has, trainer or editor, and always will.
I'm playing Fallout-4 now and constantly use the console as well as the trainer. It's the Holy Grail of gaming for me. I've written batch files and can manipulate the game almost at will, but I still never play a session without my CH trainer. I love the simplicity, variety and ease of use the combination provides.

Hello all..I was so happy this morning seeing an email from Chu saying Fragmented trainer had been updated! Immediately launched the new trainer and then the game. Well wouldn't you know Steam performed a super fast update which ultimately broke my brand new trainer that never saw the light of day. Wow how many times have we all seen this crap happen. Kudos to CH and DDS for the update, I only wish I had just 1 day to try it. I know these alpha games have created a daunting task for CH to keep up with. I only wish we could control the updates and turn them off and on at our discretion! So sorry to report this to the crews at CH and DDS, but many thanks for the yeoman work that are performed here daily. So for me it's back to WOW until the next update from our friends here at CH!

Thanks for the really fast response..I had already used the needs update request earlier..I hope someone else reports this title also. Thanks so much for your interest!
I think that by the fact I'm all alone on the trainer not working, I appear to be at fault. I religiously followed the recommended fixes for this DDS trainer and I'm totally lost at why this will not run! The trainer reports (after my character has fully loaded in)activated but 1-5 numpad keys say their activated also but nothing reacts in game. I have been a member of CH for like 10 years and have become very familiar with the procedures to make the trainer run okay. So I could really use any advice that may come my way. Thanking any and all who take the time to try and help me! 🤔
If the trainer activates and you hear the activated sound with no effect, this means that the game has been updated. Unfortunately, i can't look at it until the trainer has reached at least 3 reports.
Anyways, the updated trainer will be posted soon.
