For me its working. In the tutorial it doesn't work but afterwards it operates just fine. The most frustrating part is pressing 1. You must really wait for the activated sound. It took me 5 minutes because it usually goes "Please wait... Failed". After that I aggressively clicked the portrait in the lower corner until changes were made. Going to post a pic on imgur on how I did it

you guys need to make sure you are IN A BATTLE and you can click over portraits to show the data for those units.
Here's a good idea. If possible, when in battle, save the game. Then, close the game completely.
then run trainer, run game, F1 at main menu to activate trainer, then load the battle, then right click or whatever a portrait to see that unit's data, THEN press Numpad 1 to capture the unit data.
The problem with this game is it was created with Adobe Air. it's basically a 'flash' type game made mostly for browser technology that's been ported to an actual .exe.
so the game creates code in random memory on the fly. Our trainer has to wait until that code actually exists, and then search for it. So that is why certain things have to happen and be in place. It's also why if that same code or code similar is created somewhere esle first, the trainer may find THAT code instead..
These are some tips. I have no other solutions for you.
best,
