Just leaving a note, the 'no ill effects' option does not prevent you being cursed.
I still die if I get cursed in the game
Yeah, it doesn't seem to actually prevent ANY of the ill effects, it just keeps the buildup meter from being shown. You still suffer blood loss, poison, toxic, frostbite, whatever...you just don't see the buildup happening until the effect hits. For most of the effects that doesn't really bother you too much if you've got Infinite Health and/or Stamina turned on, but for Curse, this option is actually worse than useless because you don't have any idea how close you are to being insta-killed.

Since the option works like it always did since the beginning of the game, and now the options appear to be worse than not having at all, they will be removed in the next update of the trainer.

Trainer is not starting here on windows 7.
No firewall, no antiviruses and running as adm.
Simply don't work.
Help? 🙁
I downloaded and ran the trainer on Windows 7 Ult x64 with Windows Defender + Windows Firewall enabled (no exclusions) with admin rights just fine.
Something on your side is blocking the trainer and the creation of its tmp file in this location here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\.
Or you have some software installed for online banking, one-click tools, backup solution or such that are running in the background.
