So I plan to use the trainer, but sparingly really as I just want to occasionally bump myself forward if I'm in a spot that is becoming a headache like giving myself unlimited health for a few mins to get through a part or annoying boss etc...little things mainly, pretty much occasionally add souls and the occasional unlimited health for a short time.
I'm assuming this will have an "offline" setting like Bloodborne, if I use my trainer in offline mode am I good to go?
Or do I need to go offline completely with steam to play using the trainer?
Now only multiplayer I might do is some boss co op, so would I simply just make sure the trainer is off anytime id enter online?
I just need to sort of know the boundaries with it. Any info would be great.

Assuming the game will be like Dark Souls II in this aspect, I would keep two save files - one for offline with trainer, one legit online - and ALWAYS avoiding going online with the trainer file.
We'll have to wait to see how it plays out, but the softbans are a possibility.
EDIT: For reference, check these topics about bans in Dark Souls II

If a person did play offline only tho would they be ok, simply never going online?
Those links are interesting, seems still a bit unknown overall... However it seems unless one has a reason to draw attention then they most likely won't have issues. I think obviously wrecking someone in pvp and being untouchable would raise some flags and then lead to deeper investigation

If I recall correctly, they had serverside checks for item quantity, like you couldn't get more than 15 Twinkling Titanites, X boss souls, X bonfire ascetics or 50 Sunlight Medals per run. One more reason to avoid going online with the "trainer savefile".
Anyways, if they go for the softbans again, Family Share could be a possible solution.

Ello! I have use CH Trainer for both Dark Soul I&II offline tho with Dark Soul III I'm very tempted to try it online with just the Health&Stamina plus want to earn achievements for a DS game. Using the two options, will that cause a problem for me? as I have read the softban only seem to effect the unusual highs numbers of items or stats as well with being immortal in PvP.
As I recall I believe I use the trainer for Dark Soul I once online but got discourage from the constant invading but always turn off the HP&SM options in PvP. Since I have play Bloodborne without any cheats, I'm confident going into DS3 online and want to have some advises from more veteran user who have the experience a long term use of trainer online aswell getting softban.
Thank in advance

I used the trainer extensively in Dark Souls II + SoftFS while in online mode and like somebody else said, it doesn't stop you from earning achievements, but it does know you're using a trainer and prevents people from invading you/you from invading other people. You will still be invaded by NPC Phantoms though.
You can also still see messages and white phantoms/blood stains even after the server does it check and "softbans" you though, so playing online with a trainer is still useful for secrets, etc.

Mhmm thank you. That the reassuring answer I needed. I'm fine that I don't get invaded or able to summon help as long I am able to play the game online with the Trainer. I was kinda afraid from reading a few lines that people were unable to play the game fully with the softban. It's fun to play offline tho it does get lonely and headache to look for hints and find a full walkthrough instead of hints the ingame offer, I find the enjoyment reading hints people leave behind from Bloodborne online and I wanted to experiences it in DS3. Thank for the advise I needed IndigoAK
