Rollercoaster Tycoon World Message Board  

I have been wanting to get this game ever since I heard about it, although some people say it is not good (On Steam Forums,etc.), and to wait for Planet Coaster instead. What do you guys think? Is this worth picking up, or wait for Planet Coaster, or get both? Thoughts appreciated

TBH... Get Planet Coaster.

Both games are in Early Development, But for the most part Planet Coaster lives up to the Youtube videos.. RCTW went through several teams, was definitely terrible.

I'm glad CH made a trainer, I'm gonna wait for this game to be finalized before buying it though.

I've purchased Planet Coaster, I play it as often as I can. For an Alpha it just looks better, sure it is missing some stuff, like restaurants, and rollercoasters (those are unlockable,but there is no tutorial & they don't go underground yet) PC isn't the best at building stuff like paths, the grid is pointless.. but I think it'll be fixed asap...

If your willing to put up with having 3 staff per shack and NOT unlimited staff like the old games then get RCTW... I'm not sure what the park management is like in Planet Coaster, it's not unlocked yet...
