Anyone know if you can mod racial attributes, building bonuses etc?

Well, right now, it seems like there is very little to no modding access right now, but there will be at a later date...according to the developers anyway.
But in EA2, which comes out later today (ie. 5PM GMT) there will be more races, as well as the custom races feature, which will allow you to technically mod your race within the game with a set of traits, which i hope i can use CoSMOS to cheat with. :-)
Only time will tell i suppose.

I'm hoping they add in some good Mod support. I created the "Cheat Mod" for MOO 3 but even turning many things up and down the imbalance of that game would cause too many issues. So far this version seems to be able to run well for long game sessions without major issues. The diplomacy sucks badly but overall I'm enjoying this reboot.
