Greetings everyone

Im sitting and trying to find out if I should buy the game or wait a bit.

Would love to hear what you guys like about the game :- )

It's cool and stuff, a lot like the earlier XCom, but better.
That said, maybe I am just tired, but I feel like it is a bit repetitive. I am doing it on impossible tho, but it feels like you can't progress without an "urgent" mission that you have to do every 1-5 days.
I mean, I have 8 hours in the game and I have destroyed 1 facility and unlocked most of the US and just started on the south american continent.
That said, it's kinda the point with this game since they want it to take you a lot of time to gather resources and develop stuff and these constant urgent missions do help with that if you don't have like me and got like 1 mil+ of each resource because I don't like being restrained.

All in all, I think it was worth it. If you liked the earlier XCom, buy it. It is a sequel to it so you learn what happened after you won in XCom: Enemy Unknown.

I got the game for like $40 on G2A the other day so my opinion is probably biased, but I'm enjoying it so far.

it is worth a money game. But I would suggest you to wait for another sale to save some money on this one, since there are going to be three separate DLCs, and current state of game is somewhat not good at optimized.

I would say it is. The urgent missions are getting annoying like someone else said, however it's fun. I've developed a new hobby of taking screenshots during action and cutscenes.

I was able to get the deluxe version for $57 from Green Man Gaming with their usual 25% coupon. If you don't want to pay full price though, it's worth waiting for.
