Isn't their some kind of protection on Windows 10 store games because the achievements are connected to Xbox Live?. I don't think trainers or CoSMOS work for games bought from that source. I also heard the ban hammer from Microsoft for anyone caught using trainers on their Xbox Live/Windows10 connected games is real... I may be wrong though.
Never had any ban on any of my Xbox live games

There is no protection. As for achievements I have no idea. As soon as a game is connected to a server I recommend starting it in offline mode.

Ok so it just works like a modified GFWL then?. I had no issues with the old "Games for Windows Live" system when using trainers or CE, I just thought the new store on Win10 where people can buy games from Microsoft had some kind of tamper proof in regards to cheating.
I haven't upgraded to Win10 yet, so I haven't bought any games from Microsoft's store app to test trainers or CoSMOS, I'm just curious.
