Same issue here, the 1-turn construction is not working.
No mods, no AV (win defender off).

is everyone using the new trainer posted December 11? also is this one turn construction in city or within an encampment? which civilization are you using. Note that we dont have the DLC.

I agree with Cal, about having the latest update. The "Self Updating" is not working and one must re-download from "Cheat Happens" account and wa la.

Hello,
I have some kind of weird problem. My problem is; after activating the trainer my numeric key options are not working in the game. When i return to desktop they are working and effecting the game. But other times only the f key options work and i am getting voice alert about activation. By the way my numlock key is open and can use them correctly.
Edit: I changed the numeric keys to the letters like u, l, m etc. but still the same.
