Yeah, the Timer Freezer does not work for me either. I desperately need it for the monitoring system time trials. Man, this game would be almost perfect if it were not for those trials. I can't stand them aka I completely suck at them. As most of you know, I am a complete moron so I have no idea how to do the save thing Wizard needs.
Any chance someone else who is smart and has this game could give him the save he needs? I would greatly appreciate it. Lol. I'm a moron. I know.
As I don't own the game you have to find the savegame location for yourself.
HowTo: Find savegame, make a zip-file (e.g. with 7zip), try to post a message on the designated thread, under the textbox you see "Attach file", click the blank bar, choose the zipped savegame file, submit your post.
Done.
here is my save if it helps. Only 1 save in there but had a couple of folders and many files so I just rar'd the whole saves folder
don't go out of your way for this cuz its no big deal for me at least, all other options suit me just fine

The timer option is for when you are supposed to be in an area and you leave the area that you are supposed to be in. For instance, at the start of the game you are supposed to be helping Marcos. If you get too far from him, then a timer comes on, and the mission will be lost if you stay away too long.
The timer isn't for 'timed' missions at all.
Numpad 2: Freeze Timer - toggle on and some countdown timers will freeze allowing
you more time to explore or complete missions.
best,
